Year Round.
Located at approximately 5,000 feet in elevation Payson has fairly mild winters and hot, but not scalding hot. Spring

Fall
By the end of September, the monsoon has died out and the weather in Payson turns to warm sunny days and cool nights. September daytime temperatures are around 80°F. Winter

Head up into the higher elevations around Payson and the snow depths will be much greater and will last longer.
